UAE, Saudi Arabia ship more wheat to Sudan
ABU DHABI, UAE— The United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia have shipped a third batch of wheat to Sudan to help enhance the country’s food security, Gulf News reported
The wheat shipments are part of a $3 billion Saudi Arabia-UAE joint aid package to support Sudan’s economic and financial stability. Also as part of the package, Saudi Arabia and the UAE deposited more than $500 million into the Central Bank of Sudan.
